BONPRIX FASHION CONNECT STORE

The bonprix Next Generation Retail Store opened its doors on February14th 2019 in the city centre of Hamburg, the result of 18 months of intense collaboration between bonprix,Mieloo & Alexander and several other partners. This innovative new store concept store delivers a brand new shopping experience to fashion lovers: it combines the advantages of buying online and the experience of shopping in-store.

THE TECHNOLOGY

Mieloo & Alexander worked closely together with bonprix, to design the customer journey and the supporting store logistics processes. The Fashion Connect store use advanced RFID and IoT technologies to deliver accurate and real-time information on the customer journey, item location and inventory levels. The RFID infrastructure is the backbone of the in-store logistical processes that provides a futuristic shopping experience to the shopper.

AWARDS CEREMONY

The World Retail Awards Ceremony will take place virtually on 17 September, as part of the World Retail Congress virtual event on 15-17 September.
