Mieloo & Alexander is a system integrator with roots in process improvement consultancy. We specialize in innovative AutoID, RFID and locating solutions.

Founded in 2000

Our company was founded in 2000 by Joseph Owusu and Sander Merkx. Initially, we focused on e-commerce integration and IT-driven change projects in supply chain and logistics environments. When UHF RFID technology was introduced and EPC Global launched in 2003, we embraced this technology as an enabler for correct and timely information through open, standards based supply chains.

Since that time, our company has evolved from a pure-play consultancy firm to a hands-on AutoID integrator. We combine the thorough understanding of business processes and IT-systems with deep, extensive technical knowledge of a large variety of AutoID, RFID and locating technologies. We have collected extensive experience in deploying innovative technologies in logistics and manufacturing environments.

Today

Today, Mieloo & Alexander designs, builds and deploys standard, configurable track & trace and stock management solutions in Fashion & Apparel Retail, Asset Management and Supply Chain environments. We enable our clients to automate data collection, streamline business processes, make data-based decisions and achieve operational excellence.

Experts

Most of our experts and professionals are based at our head office in Hoofddorp/Schiphol Airport, The Netherlands. From there we serve a multi-national customer base in Western Europe with rollouts to the US and Canada, and Asia Pacific.

INNOVATIVE, INTERNATIONAL AND AMBITIOUS

In 2018 Capital A (formerly ABN AMRO Participaties) acquired a majority interest in the company. Mieloo & Alexander’s founders remain shareholders. They continue to lead the company in expanding and refining standard solutions and prepare for international expansion, to serve our globally operating customers even better.
