What Will You Do?

• Troubleshoot & resolve
  Address incidents and disruptions in RFID, Auto-ID, and IoT systems.
• Support & advise
  Assist clients with technical questions regarding hardware, software, and integrations.
• Be the first line of defense
  Act as the main contact point for service-related issues and disruptions.
• Implement changes
  Execute predefined change requests and system adjustments.
• Monitor proactively
  Track system performance and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Document clearly
  Log solutions, incidents, and best practices for future reference.
• Train users
  Support and guide clients in using their systems effectively.
• Guard quality
  Ensure SLA adherence, system reliability, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across teams
  Work closely with both the service team and the broader tech organization.
• Contribute to security & compliance
  Help maintain IT security and support audits when needed.
• Be on call
  Occasionally participate in on-call duty for critical incidents.

• Salary: €3,000–€3,750 gross per month, based on experience
• Contract: Start with a temporary contract, with the intention to move to a permanent position

What We Expect From You:

You’re technically skilled, customer-oriented, and enjoy working with connected systems. You understand how crucial stable RFID and IoT systems are for logistics operations — and you’re eager to grow in this space.

You also:

• Have experience in technical support or service, preferably in IT, RFID, or IoT

• Can explain technical issues clearly to customers

• Work in a structured way and document carefully

• Are eager to learn and grow into a senior role

• Take initiative and contribute ideas for improvement

• Remain flexible and calm under pressure
