Salary: €5,000 - €6,250 (depending on experience and education)

What Will You Do?

What will you do?
As a Technical Project Manager at Mieloo & Alexander, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced technical solutions that merge cutting-edge technology with business process optimization. You’ll work closely with a high-performing team, including account managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and software developers, to understand clients' business processes and identify opportunities to automate and optimize them using state-of-the-art hardware and cloud software.

You will own the entire project lifecycle—managing budgets, timelines, scopes, and stakeholder relationships. From translating functional requirements into technical specifications to assembling and leading project teams up to 6 people, you will ensure successful project delivery from start to finish. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team on proposals and RFPs and ensure a smooth transition to the support team after project completion, providing them with the necessary technical details for ongoing service. Your leadership will be key in delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and drive operational excellence.

What We Expect From You:

  • A degree at HBO or WO level in a technical or analytical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management within logistics, supply chain, or IT.
  • A solid understanding of project & change management principles, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with excellent communication skills to engage clients at both operational and tactical levels.
  • Strong risk management skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks.
  • Leadership experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including business consultants, solution architects, and developers.
  • A track record of successfully managing customer-facing projects and delivering high-quality, impactful results.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken, good conversational skills in German.
