Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: €2,500 - €3,500 (depending on experience and education)

What Will You Do?

The phone rings: a major client has an issue. You listen, analyze, and provide a solution. Whether it’s login issues, a malfunctioning application or interface, WiFi problems, or RFID tags not being detected by a misaligned antenna – you handle it! You create a ticket and get to work immediately. You are a vital link, working closely with various teams and suppliers to address technical problems effectively and analyze the root cause.

You monitor and maintain our mission-critical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and install updates, patches, and configuration changes to keep everything running smoothly. You will also participate in support duties outside of office hours.

You continuously think about the development and innovation of our IT Service Management to ensure our customers have an exceptional service experience.

What We Offer

  • A 32-40 hour position with the possibility of working from home;
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract upon satisfactory performance;
  • Salary between €2,500 and €3,500 (depending on experience and education);
  • Additional compensation for support duties;

What We Expect From You:

  • MBO/HBO level of thinking;
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Driver's license (Category B);
  • A service-oriented personality with strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently and in a structured manner;
  • Experience with ITSM and ITIL processes;
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services, Linux servers, Monitoring tools (Nagios), and Soti is a plus.
