The idea behind our software relaunch

Which software products are behind the name ARC and how can our applications optimize your processes? This article gives an insight into the rebranding of Mieloo & Alexander’s software portfolio

After the last two years, upcoming projects are bringing a breath of fresh air to our company.
Often times, such an upswing also offers opportunities for change, and so we at Mieloo & Alexander have also given a lot of thought as to how we could best position ourselves in the coming times.

Software Relaunch

Our software products play a very central role in our customers’ solutions. In order to make our offering even more understandable and accessible to all, we have decided on a new name and a new design.

Bundled together under the name ARC, you will now find our software products:
ARC Cloud, ARC Mobile, ARC UI and ARC Base.

ARC comes from the English word Arch, as it is our vision to “span the arc”, meaning to close all gaps in existing business processes of our customers with the help of state-of-the-art RFID and IoT technology.

ARC Cloud / ARC Mobile

ARC Cloud (old: Araneo) is our IoT platform for the retail industry accessible through the cloud. We are able to not only optimize the internal flow of goods, but also revolutionize the customer experience. E.g. by using RFID technology, the entire supply chain can be monitored in real time.

ARC UI

ARC UI (old: Asset) is a framework for stateless handheld applications and designed for rapid creation of dynamic user interfaces. All building blocks can be customized quickly and flexibly to meet any requirements.

ARC Base

ARC Base (old: V-Track) is a technical integration platform for AutoID solutions and typically the base of our solution. As a technical middleware, it enables easy integration of data and events generated by any AutoID hardware, such as RFID antennas, (vision) sensors, barcode imagers, GPS/RTLS trackers.
