TSL 1128 – 1D/2D/UHF

The British company TSL is well known for RFID readers that meet the highest standards of reading performance and readiness. The 1128 combines modularity and these outstanding reading characteristics in an industrial IP54 housing.

Regardless of the operating system, the device can be linked to various terminals via Bluetooth 2.1. The Windows PC, an Android tablet or an iPhone can communicate with the TSL1128 in this way.

The compact handheld can be used with or without pistol grip. The size with pistol grip is only 16.0 cm x 7.7 cm x 16.9 cm (l x w x h), without pistol grip even only 16.0 cm x 7.7 cm x 9.7 cm (l x w x h).

An operating temperature of -10°C to 40°C and a drop height of 1.2 meters onto concrete in combination with the well-sealed IP54 housing allows the TSL1128 to be used comfortably in industrial environments. With an RFID reading range of up to seven meters, a wide variety of processes can be displayed, such as reading the transponders in incoming or outgoing goods, an inventory in the textile trade or the registration of returnable containers.

Optionally equipped with Zebra’s 2-D barcode reader SE4500, the 1128 is not only a reliable companion when it comes to RFID tag reading, but can also effortlessly read 1-D and 2-D codes.

If you want to use the device as a pure data collector, up to 500 million data records can be stored on an optional SD card. The SD card is of course also used as a temporary storage device in case the Bluetooth or USB connection between the reader and the end device fails.
